Taking apart a crank

Well if you want to take out your 1-2 piece crank its really easy. You take out the first bolt shown below, but it unscrews right not left which is odd. After that is off take off the spacing washer which just slides off (right behind what you took off). When that is off take off the bearing protector/outer cup (also screws off right not left and behind what you just took off). After that you should see the bearings in the bearing cup take those out (take off the pedals if you haven’t already) slide the crank through and take out the other bearing unit. Wow your done now wasn’t that easy!
